If you did not make any changes, then there is no way to know why she stopped using the nest box. When a breeding pair stops breeding, then it’s a good idea to have a Vet check them out. There is nothing you can do to force them to breed or lay eggs in the box. You can move the eggs to the box to see if that works. You can’t allow her to lay eggs over and over. If they are only breeding once a year, that is fine. But if they are not being rested in between clutches of eggs, this is a problem. You might try removing or blocking off the box for a few months and then try letting them breed again. Also keep in mind that male cockatoos are bad about killing their mates. It is believed they may separate outside of breeding season, so a lot of breeders separate their pairs when they are breeding.
