Two females one male

I have two female cockatiels and one male currently I I have one female separated and one female with him should I switch the females once in awhile for mating

Answer:

Hi PJ,

No, this is not how you breed birds. You need to have one pair in a cage and give them the chance to bond. If they bond as a pair and start to mate, then this is a lifetime bond. They won’t accept another mate unless one of the pair dies. Both birds participate in taking care of the eggs and chicks.
