What are some soft veggies I can give my 23-day-old budgie?

A good way to start your budgie on veggies is to offer some frozen mixed veggies, served warm, and you can mix them with some cooked brown rice. You can steam and chop or grate any veggies to make them easier to try out. I’ll give you the link to our feeding guide for more ideas.
