I am concerned because my female ‘tiel is too much fluffy and I’ve been told that she is 2 months old (I bought her like 2 weeks ago). So, I am worried if she is fine or she is sick, plus she eats a lot. I am worried because the other male cockatiel is not fluffy at all now, and wasn’t when we bought him 3 years ago and eats normal. So, please tell me if I need to be concerned or it is normal because she is just a young female.

If she is eating well and is active the rest of the time, she is probably fine. A young bird will fluff up more than an adult. But if she is spending all of her time fluffed up other than to eat, then you might want to take her to an Avian Vet for a check up. You have only had her a short time, so some of this may be because she is still timid in her new home.
If you still have the male cockatiel you mentioned, you need to keep them separated in case there is something wrong with her. Also, you should not let them spend a lot of time together or share a cage while she is young. If your plan is to breed them, you need to wait until she is two years old, and you need to understand you can’t handle them anymore once they are breeding birds.
