How long does it take for parakeets to trust and be afraid of you, how can I make the birds trust me?

Hi Lori,
If you are trying to tame them and have two birds together, they probably will not get tame since they have each other. If they are adults, even a single bird will not get very tame if at all. As for trust, talk to them softly when you are in the room and don’t attempt to grab them. Taming can take a long time and again, you need one bird in a cage.
