I Changed cage other side of room , rearranged toys, only rub on head, left eggs 2-3 weeks then removed. Scraping cuddle bone in food. Help please.

This can happen with some birds no matter how much you try to discourage her. At this point she may need the help of an Avian vet. Sometimes a hormone shot can break the endless cycle and in many cases it just needs to be given once. The only thing you didn’t mention was limiting her daylight hours to about 8 per day and cover her cage the rest of the time. If she eats a lot of fresh foods you can try reducing those to one or two times a week.
