What causes an Amazon to twitch (his head)?

Hi Lisa,

If he is doing this when resting or falling asleep, I have seen this a lot, even in my own Amazon. If he does this when he is alert, and it is ongoing or most of the time, it could be a neurological disorder of some type. Generally testing would begin with testing for heavy metal toxicity.
