Can a quacker &green cheek conure mate

Hi Marge,

This is definitely not a good idea. In fact a Quaker really should not be in the same cage with a Green Cheek because the Quaker has a much larger and more powerful beak. He can hurt or kill the conure without meaning to. While different species of parrots can breed in some cases, it is not recommended because it produces a hybrid. This is not accepted in aviculture and hybrids can end up having health issues.
