Finch birds
What do I do about bird having eggs in food? They already had babies a few months ago, I don’t want anymore lol

Hi Mirian,
You can try getting a smaller bowl that she can’t sit in. Otherwise I would take the eggs out and place them on the cage floor. If there is a metal grate, this will keep them from staying warm if she sits on them. You can also poke small hole in each egg shortly after she lays i and this can keep the egg from ever developing. You can also remove her male, but neither bird would be very happy.
