Nutriberries in the fridge?

Hello!
What is the reason that I can’t store my nutriberries in the fridge? Does it harden them or cause them to mildew?

Answer:

Hi Chelsea,

The moisture and temperature of a refrigerator can cause mold to grow on foods. we recommend storing them in the freezer and keeping out enough for a week or two at a time. They will be the same texture once thawed out. I have always stored my Nutri-Berries and Avi-Cakes in the freezer and they stay fresh that way.

Thank you for asking Lafeber,

Brenda
