Dr. Jason Crean currently teaches in the Department of Biological Sciences at Saint Xavier University-Chicago where he has instituted coursework like “Zoo Biology: Animal Nutrition, Behavior & Diagnostics.” Dr. Crean is also a zoo consultant, working with zoological institutions in the areas of nutrition, enrichment, and biologically-appropriate exhibit design.
