EmerAid® HDN has been developed by critical care veterinarians and nutritionists.

EmerAid® Intensive Care HDN™ Feline or “Highly Digestible Nutrition” is a semi-elemental therapeutic diet developed by veterinarians and nutritionists for the critically ill feline. EmerAid Intensive Care HDN Feline provides easily absorbable and highly digestible amino acids, hydrolyzed proteins, fats and appropriate low levels of carbohydrates.

  • Use EmerAid Intensive Care HDN for nutritional support during critical illness, the post-operative period in debilitated patients, malabsorption/maldigestion, poor weight gain, cachexia, anorexia, and many other conditions.
  • EmerAid Intensive Care HDN is a high-energy product. When made as directed, EmerAid Intensive Care HDN provides between 1.13-2.41 kcal/ml ME.
  • One 100-g pouch of EmerAid Intensive Care HDN Feline contains approximately 10-11 tablespoons or enough EmerAid powder to feed one 5-kg cat for 2 days.
