  1. We have recently adopted a wonderful African Grey who plucks or barbers her feathers. Her breast and belly are quite bare. We want to get her some sun in her Pakobird while the weather is nice, but wonder if we have to limit exposure. Is skin cancer a concern for plucked birds?
