  1. We would like to take our eclectus with us in our motor home to Florida in January and February. Any hints or tips from those who have done this? We are concerned as he is out of the cage about 90 percent of the time and gets a lot of exercise following after us and don’t know how he’ll cope is such close quarters.. Also…how would we find an avian vet if needed

  2. We got an RV to travel with our African Grey and Goffins. We recently took a trip from California to Oklahoma. We talked with them daily about the events of the day and that the only alternative was to stay home with strangers. They did well as long as we drove no more than 6hours/day. We got settled a couple hours before dusk. They loved camp days. They stay in their cage while we are moving and we stop every 2hours. We have their cage in the window so they can see out
